When a child is placed in foster care, their world is turned upside-down. They don’t know who they can trust and the experience can drag on for years. Through no fault of their own, they are forced to move to a new home, a new school, a new community. Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Volunteers are everyday people who make a commitment to a child to be by their side throughout the chaotic experience of foster care. CASA Volunteers are appointed by the courts with the goal of finding a safe, permanent home as expediently as possible for their CASA child.
Join CASA and the Chicago Wolves at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 16, as we team up to support foster children throughout the Chicago area. For every two tickets purchased, a ticket will be donated to a Chicago-area foster child so they can have a night of fun to escape the chaos of foster care. Additionally, for every ticket purchased, $5 will go to providing more CASA Volunteers to ensure that every child has an advocate and an ally by their side.
