On April 16, we were proud to host our first-ever Concert for CASA, made possible through the incredible generosity of the Kim Family of Musicians—Dr. Jun Kim, Dr. You-Seong Kim, and Noah Kim—along with performances by the Avelira Quartet and the MIC Piano Trio from the Music Institute of Chicago Academy.

This special evening of music and community would not have been possible without the support of our partners. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the North Suburban Church of Deerfield for donating the use of their space, as well as to Bent Fork Bakery, Curt’s Café, and Nothing Bundt Cakes in Deerfield for providing delicious light refreshments for guests.

We are also grateful to Healianthus Wellness and Recovery for hosting onsite flower sales, with 100% of proceeds benefiting CASA, and to Chris Ching and Salvador Ibarra for donating their time for event photography and videography.

Thanks to the generosity of our performers, partners, and attendees, the event raised nearly $2,500 in support of CASA’s mission.

We are deeply appreciative of everyone who helped make this inaugural concert such a meaningful and memorable evening.
