Full-time Advocate Manager 

CASA Lake County, Vernon Hills, Illinois.

Full-time position available to begin immediately.  Under the supervision of the Executive Director and the Program Director, the Advocate Manager assumes responsibility for case management and supervision of assigned volunteers to ensure that abused and neglected children receive quality advocacy in court.

The candidate for Advocate Manager should have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in social service related field or law degree.
• The ability to communicate with, supervise, and empower volunteers to be effective in their roles.
• The ability to work cooperatively as a member of the CASA team.
• Excellent writing and organizational skills.
• Commitment to CASA Lake County's goals and missions.
• Completion of CASA Lake County training program within one year of hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
