Hear It First Hand

Alison Myers

Former CASA Child

Illinois State University Class of 2019, University of Chicago SSA MSW Candidate

At the gala this year, we welcome a former CASA child to tell her story. The struggle she faced is more than most of us can imagine, but her CASA Volunteer stuck with her through it all. The importance of a CASA is never clearer than when it is viewed through the lens of a child with nobody else to turn to or trust.
